About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager / Director to lead and expand relationships with global financial institutions across the EMEA region. This position sits at the intersection of capital‑markets expertise and cutting‑edge fintech solutions, helping clients improve efficiency, risk management, and regulatory outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise securities‑finance clients across EMEA.
- Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities for additional product adoption.
- Develop structured account plans aligned with client strategies and market activity.
- Engage senior stakeholders in trading, treasury, risk, operations, and technology teams.
- Partner with product and client‑success teams to deliver strong outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in securities finance (lending, borrowing, collateral management, financing, or prime brokerage).
- Background in banks, broker‑dealers, agent lenders, or capital‑markets technology firms.
- Proven relationship‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, preferably French or German.
