Senior Associate – Infrastructure Advisory, Investment Banking (London)

About the role

This senior associate position supports the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team in delivering financing solutions for transportation, energy, utilities and social infrastructure projects across EMEA. You will work closely with senior bankers, product partners and clients to structure and execute complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and perform financial risk analysis for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects.
• Conduct transaction due‑diligence, assess credit risks and identify mitigation strategies.
• Draft financing proposals, investor presentations, road‑show materials and rating agency documents.
• Coordinate with client coverage teams, product partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of transaction deliverables.
• Engage with clients and third‑party advisors to design and implement tailored financing solutions.
• Assist in the preparation, review and negotiation of financing documentation.

Required profile

• Motivated professional with strong analytical abilities and a keen interest in infrastructure finance.
• Experience in investment banking, project finance or related advisory roles.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
