Join a leading international professional services firm as a Senior Business Development Manager supporting its Financial Regulatory and FinTech practice. You will work closely with partners across multiple jurisdictions to design and execute business development initiatives that deepen client relationships, raise the firm’s market profile, and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business development and marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities with partners and launch targeted client development initiatives.
• Contribute to major pitches, proposals and capability statements.
• Coordinate thought‑leadership campaigns, client events, seminars and profile‑raising activities.
• Manage legal directory and award submissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client insights to shape priorities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or marketing within legal or professional services.
• Strong commercial awareness and interest in financial services, regulatory work or FinTech.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
