Senior Compliance Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

This is a senior, generalist compliance position within a fast‑paced, high‑performing compliance team at a leading asset manager. The role offers exposure to advisory, monitoring and regulatory change activities across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day compliance advisory support to business units.
• Carry out compliance monitoring and help develop the monitoring programme.
• Track, summarise and implement regulatory developments.
• Assist with policy drafting, maintenance and production of training materials.
• Deliver training sessions to employees as required.
• Participate in internal and external audits and client due‑diligence meetings.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of generalist compliance experience in an asset or investment management firm.
• Strong knowledge of MiFID II, COLL, CASS, AML, SMCR, MAR and UCITS funds.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Motivated, technically capable and able to work independently.
