Senior Designer – Sports & Fitness Brand

About the role

We are an independent creative agency specialising in the sports and fitness sector, looking for a talented Designer to join our London studio. The role is hybrid, with two days in‑office and three days remote, reporting to the Creative Director.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand identities, design systems and scalable toolkits for global sports and fitness brands.
• Create campaign work across digital, social, print, environmental and event touchpoints.
• Lead typography, layout and art direction, ensuring visual consistency and quality.
• Oversee asset creation and collaborate with motion, illustration, photography and development partners.
• Apply print production knowledge, including materials, finishes and proofing.
• Present ideas and design thinking clearly to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Work with project managers to manage timelines, budgets and delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in sport, design and visual culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a senior design role, preferably within an agency or sport‑focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity and campaign work.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
• Confident presenter to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Experience working with global brands and large‑scale campaigns.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Knowledge of motion/design tools such as After Effects or Cinema 4D (bonus).
