Senior Director, People & Culture – EMEA

About the role

Catapult is seeking a Senior Director, People & Culture to lead HR strategy for the EMEA region from its London office. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture in Melbourne, you will work three days a week on‑site, partnering with senior business leaders to shape culture, drive engagement and support business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic workforce plans, advising senior leaders on organisational design, change management and talent development.
• Shape culture and values by identifying organisational needs and delivering scalable people solutions across 16 countries.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across three offices, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Partner with the Talent team on learning & development, DEI, reward, workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Mentor and lead a regional P&C team of three, fostering a high‑performance environment.
• Leverage data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions and influence strategic outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Experience shaping culture, driving engagement and supporting business performance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead regional teams.
