Senior HR Business Partner – Media

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support a fast‑growing creative media client group. In this true partnership role you will work closely with senior leaders, blending strategic insight with day‑to‑day delivery to shape organisational design, performance, talent planning and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organisational design initiatives, performance management cycles and talent planning processes.
• Drive employee engagement and culture programmes across a dynamic media environment.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and provide coaching to managers on people challenges.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels, navigating change and ensuring commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast‑paced, creative or media‑focused organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a commercial mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment and driving change.
• Excellent communication and coaching capabilities.
