Senior HR Business Partner – North Region

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the North Region to provide strategic and operational HR leadership. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will shape a high‑performing workforce, drive people outcomes and translate Group HR priorities into regional action.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex employee‑relations issues and provide constructive challenge to senior leaders.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment and talent acquisition across the North.
• Strengthen leadership and manager capability through coaching and development programmes.
• Translate Group HR strategy, policy and workforce priorities into clear regional plans, measures and actions.
• Prioritise HR activities based on workforce risk, regulatory requirements and business impact.
• Partner closely with the North Regional Director to influence regional performance and embed best practice.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR business partnering, preferably within a healthcare or large‑scale organisation.
• Proven ability to lead employee‑relations matters and drive workforce planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success in regional recruitment and talent development.
• Ability to translate strategic HR objectives into practical regional actions.
