Senior Lettings Manager – Bognor Regis

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead a high‑performing lettings branch in Bognor Regis. You will operate the office as your own business, driving revenue, building relationships and ensuring exceptional service for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall performance and profitability of the lettings branch.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team to exceed sales and service targets.
• Generate new business, conduct valuations and secure new instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing and legislation.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
• Stay up‑to‑date with lettings legislation and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably at senior or management level.
• Track record of winning new business and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and people‑development abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, target‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
