Senior National Account Manager – DACH

About the role
Lead the commercial expansion of Europe’s fastest‑growing sustainable personal care brand across the DACH region. You will own full P&L responsibility, define the retail growth strategy and manage high‑stakes relationships with major German retailers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with leading DACH retailers such: DM and Rossmann, lead negotiations and execute country‑wide product launches.
- Adapt global retail plans for the DACH market by co‑designing product toolkits, POS strategies and localized merchandising tools.
- Oversee the DACH sales forecast, make investment decisions and line‑manage a dedicated DACH Account Executive.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in DACH retail account management with a proven track record of growing accounts like DM and Rossmann.
- Native or fluent German speaker with strong commercial acumen and experience managing a full retail P&L and complex negotiations.
- Data‑driven strategist skilled at using EPOS and market‑trend data to identify opportunities and achieve ambitious growth targets.
