Senior Negotiator / Lister – Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator / Lister to join a well‑established estate agency in Welling. The successful candidate will drive property listings, negotiate sales, and build lasting client relationships while contributing to the branch’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert marketing advice to help vendors achieve optimal sale prices.
• List properties, conduct valuations and negotiate offers to secure strong outcomes for clients.
• Stay informed of local market trends and establish a reputation as a trusted property expert.
• Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to match properties with suitable buyers.
• Support branch operations, including leading morning meetings in the Branch Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build relationships and convert valuations into instructions.
• Driven, ambitious and comfortable working under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
• Strong work ethic founded on honesty, trust and respect.
• Previous experience in estate agency sales or listing is essential.

Required skills

• Basic salary of £23,000 with realistic earnings of around £40,000 including commission.
