Senior Project Manager

About the role

EG Group is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital and technology projects across its Germany portfolio. Reporting to the PMO leadership, you will be the single point of accountability for delivery performance, governance and portfolio oversight in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of digital and technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, budget and quality compliance.
• Own and manage the Germany Digital Project Portfolio, providing reporting, governance compliance and performance oversight.
• Travel regularly to Germany to engage with business stakeholders, delivery teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Chair Project Steering Committees and governance forums, presenting progress, risks and approvals.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive proactive risk and issue management.
• Develop detailed project and resource plans and manage day‑to‑day delivery across workstreams and vendors.
• Manage third‑party partners and suppliers to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering digital and technology projects in a complex, multi‑site environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with senior business and IT leaders.
• Ability to travel regularly to Germany and work on‑site with local teams.
• Excellent governance and reporting capabilities.
