Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Adele Carr Recruitment is entering a period of rapid growth and is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead its Finance & Accounting division in Lancashire. You will work within a respected regional brand, shaping the future of the business while building a personal portfolio of finance placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and place finance professionals across permanent and temporary roles.
• Develop and manage a personal client and candidate pipeline in Lancashire and the wider North West.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to influence divisional strategy and market expansion.
• Provide market insight, share leads and support colleagues in a collaborative environment.
• Maintain high standards of client and candidate relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within finance, though not essential.
• Strong professional network in Lancashire or the North West.
• Ambitious, commercially driven and passionate about long‑term relationships.
• Desire to contribute ideas and have a visible impact on business growth.
