Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our finance desk in Maidenhead. You will take ownership of an established, high‑performing portfolio of client relationships and candidate networks, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full‑cycle (360) recruitment process for finance roles, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client organisations.
• Maintain and expand an active candidate pipeline within the finance sector.
• Drive revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to promote opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within finance.
• Confidence in running a full‑360 desk independently.
• Commercially driven and proactive attitude.
• Ability to own a market segment while supporting team objectives.
