Senior Sales Consultant – Estate Agency

About the role

David Astburys is expanding its flagship office in Crouch End and is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join the team. You will be the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, driving property transactions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑class customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Manage a large caseload of property sales and related paperwork.
• Maintain and update client databases accurately.
• Issue legal documentation and handle all administrative duties linked to sales progression.
• Liaise regularly with buyers, solicitors, surveyors and finance companies to ensure timely completions.

Required profile

• Full, clean driving licence.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator in an estate agency.
• Excellent organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Confident, professional telephone manner with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
