Senior Sales Executive – Women Ready-to-Wear (Harrods)

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a passionate Senior Sales Executive to join the Harrods Women Ready‑to‑Wear department in London. You will be responsible for driving client recruitment, building long‑term relationships, and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects the heritage and luxury of the Dior brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers, providing the highest standard of service at all times.
• Develop client loyalty through a personalised, one‑to‑one shopper approach.
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across women’s RTW, fine jewellery, accessories and leather goods.
• Introduce add‑on sales and achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to line management when required.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales targets and department performance.
• Recruit and develop new clients, ensuring sales generated by OTO.
• Follow stock management, housekeeping, visual display and security procedures.
• Maintain compliance with company administration systems to minimise loss.
• Participate in team meetings and support peers on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of women’s ready‑to‑wear, fine jewellery, accessories and leather goods.
• Previous experience in luxury fashion retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• Passion for the Christian Dior brand and its collections.
• Up‑to‑date awareness of fashion trends.
• Positive, confident team player with a focus on business performance.
