Senior Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a leading estate agency in Hatfield. The successful candidate will drive property sales, build relationships with buyers and sellers, and contribute to the growth of the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
• Register, qualify and match clients with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate offers, manage the sales process through to completion and liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors.
• Provide regular updates to clients and ensure offers are financially qualified.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and support branch growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales progression.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential estate agency sales.
• Full UK driving licence and own car (mileage reimbursed).
• Confident, proactive, target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service focus.

Required skills

• Proven sales ability in residential property.
• High level of customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• Basic salary £27,000 with uncapped OTE up to £40,000.
