Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established independent estate agency in the Somerset area. You will manage the full sales journey for both buyers and vendors, delivering a high level of customer service while working a standard five‑day week with attractive earnings potential.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Carry out market appraisals and provide accurate valuations.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Progress agreed sales through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up enquiries.
• Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date and work closely with the sales team to meet branch targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer within a residential estate agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, motivated and target‑driven approach.
• Professional, organised and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software.
