Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join Mann’s estate agency team in Waterlooville. The role focuses on acquiring new property listings, delivering high‑quality customer service, and supporting the wider Connells Group network.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and secure property instructions in a target‑driven environment.
• List residential properties on the market and ensure accurate presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through face‑to‑face and telephone interactions.
• Coordinate appointments for in‑house Mortgage Advisors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency roles such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator.
• Proven ability to generate new business and work to sales targets.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and general IT literacy (internet, email).
