Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator (or Senior Sales Negotiator) to join a thriving independent estate agency in Ashtead, Surrey. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers, guiding them through every stage of the residential sales process and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants and manage buyer enquiries.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support vendors throughout the sales journey.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at each step.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet branch targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator.
• Strong sales ability and confident negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional telephone manner and positive attitude.
• Self‑motivated, well‑presented and personable.
• Knowledge of the Ashtead area (advantageous).
• Full driving licence and own car (essential).
• Committed and professional approach to estate agency.
