Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in Buckinghamshire. The role focuses on residential sales, driving revenue and supporting the agency’s growth in the Iver and Hounslow area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential sales from instruction through to completion.
• Conduct market appraisals, secure new instructions and build a strong pipeline.
• Handle viewings, negotiations and offers, providing regular vendor updates.
• Drive sales progression, lead daily meetings and contribute to target setting.
• Carry out canvassing and business development activities.
• Maintain compliance with legislation and company procedures.
• Use ALTO CRM to record activity and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential estate agency sales.
• Proven track record at Senior Sales Negotiator level or equivalent.
• Strong valuation, negotiation and sales‑progression abilities.
• Consistent billing history and stable employment record.
• Professional, client‑focused communication style.
• Good local knowledge of Iver/Hounslow.
• Full UK driving licence with a ULEZ‑compliant vehicle and no penalty points.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ALTO CRM for activity and performance management.

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary (£28,000‑£30,000, DOE).
• Uncapped commission with OTE of £60,000+.
