Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Saffron Walden. You will work within the well‑known Kevin Henry estate agency, delivering end‑to‑end property sales and supporting the branch’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate offers, agree sales and manage the process through exchange and completion.
• Identify and schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a target‑driven sales environment, preferably in real estate.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard IT tools (email, internet).
