Senior Talent Partner – Private Equity (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join a global private‑equity firm’s in‑house recruitment team. Working on a hybrid basis from our Soho office and home, you will lead hiring across investment and support functions for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for investment and support roles, managing the full candidate journey.
• Design and execute headhunting strategies to source both active and passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent acquisition with long‑term business objectives.
• Drive DEI initiatives to attract candidates from under‑represented groups.
• Provide strategic workforce planning and advisory to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience within the financial services or private‑equity sector.
• Strong understanding of private‑equity business models and stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on sourcing expertise and ability to engage candidates across multiple channels.
• Track record of delivering high‑touch candidate experiences.
