Senior Vice President, UK & Europe Domestic Payments Product Manager

About the role

Citi is seeking a senior leader to drive its domestic payments business across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Payments Services division, you will shape strategy, develop products and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and product development for the UK and Europe payments portfolio.
• Define requirements, oversee delivery, and manage the end‑to‑end book of work for the cluster.
• Provide oversight, reporting and risk assessment for all payment initiatives.
• Collaborate with country, sub‑cluster and global teams to evolve existing solutions or create new offerings.
• Own P&L growth, analyse market trends and drive commercial activities.
• Manage regulatory and commercial projects to ensure timely implementation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in payments product management within a large financial institution.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in the UK and Europe.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, business‑management and communication skills.
