Service Administrator (Online & Marketing)

About the role

The Service Administrator will join ITV's Service Delivery Team, supporting the delivery of premium and free interactive services such as competitions, marketing pushes and voting campaigns. You will work closely with Interactive Production and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are built, scheduled and launched on time and in compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process competition, feedback and marketing service requests across SMS, PRTS, web and mobile platforms.
• Schedule campaigns according to delivery dates and business requirements.
• Build campaigns using predefined templates or third‑party requests and perform pre‑launch checks.
• Generate routine reports, extract data for marketing analysis and support post‑campaign reviews.
• Test new technical deployments on the ITV Win website and assist the online test team.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, define reporting and engage stakeholders to gather requirements.

Required profile

• Understanding of operational processes in a live environment.
• Confidence using web‑based tools and content management systems.
• Awareness of premium telephony technology such as SMS and e‑commerce user flows.
• Attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
