Service Advisor – Automotive After‑sales (North London)

About the role

Join a prestigious franchised motor dealership in North London as a Service Advisor within the after‑sales department. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing service appointments, providing estimates, and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their vehicle issues and service needs.
• Prepare and present service estimates, upsell appropriate maintenance and repair packages.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule work and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate service records and handle confidential customer information.
• Follow up with customers post‑service to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated drive, commitment and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
