Social Media Designer (Hybrid, Nottingham)

About the role

We are building one of the UK’s fastest‑growing personal brands and need a Social Media Designer to shape its visual identity across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, books, software products and live events. Based in Nottingham with a hybrid schedule and regular travel to London, you will work directly with the founder and creative director.

Key responsibilities

• Design Instagram carousels, LinkedIn graphics and brand templates.
• Create launch campaign assets, landing pages, waiting‑list visuals and product materials.
• Develop course materials, marketing creatives and other brand assets.
• Use AI‑powered tools to prototype and launch new ideas quickly.
• Capture content with the founder, support photography/filming and produce behind‑the‑scenes material.
• Schedule posts across platforms and support community engagement.
• Pitch creative concepts and assist with events, launches and other projects as needed.

Required profile

• Exceptional creative taste with a portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern and premium design.
• Ability to understand what makes users stop scrolling and engage.
• Self‑motivated, whether self‑taught or with several years of experience.

Required skills

• Designing content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools.

What we offer

• Salary £30,000–£40,000 DOE (up to £45,000 for exceptional experience).
