Software Engineer – AI Agent (French speaking)

About the role

Sierra is looking for a French‑speaking Software Engineer to design, build, and ship production‑grade AI agents that power critical customer experiences across multiple industries. You will own the full lifecycle of AI agents, from pilot to continuous iteration, working directly with large enterprises and innovative startups.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high‑performance, reliable AI agents that operate at scale in production environments.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) with end‑to‑end ownership, establishing best practices for building and tuning AI agents.
• Collaborate with leaders at global enterprises and cutting‑edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents into their operations.
• Provide customer feedback to shape Sierra’s core platform, prototype new tools, and influence future product direction.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production‑grade software systems.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage complex projects, and iterate rapidly based on user feedback.
