Spanish and English Speaking Customer Service Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused professional to join our team in Castellbisbal as a Spanish and English Speaking Customer Service Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the administrative functions of the service department.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, emails and online queries in both Spanish and English, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges while ensuring accurate data entry and up‑to‑date records.
• Maintain detailed service logs and coordinate with sales, technical support, warehouse and logistics teams to resolve customer problems.
• Generate weekly reports on key customer accounts and help manage promotional campaigns.
• Update the knowledge base with new product, service and policy information.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position with a standard office schedule (8:30‑17:30 Mon‑Thu, 9:00‑17:00 Fri).
