Store Colleague - Full-Time

About the role

As a Store Colleague you will deliver an outstanding customer experience each day, greeting shoppers, keeping displays sharp, replenishing stock and maintaining high service standards. You will work on the shop floor in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the store’s smooth operation and showcasing the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive, welcoming experience for customers, offering product information and support.
• Achieve team sales objectives by identifying needs, recommending products and promoting complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays and stock areas are clean and organised.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly displayed according to company standards.
• Process transactions, handle cash, manage stock processing and prepare deliveries.
• Use in‑store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day‑to‑day store running and undertake additional duties as required.
