Supervising Associate – Supplier Contract Management

About the role

EY is looking for a Supervising Associate to support supplier contract management within the UKI Talent supplier landscape. The role will provide administrative support for supplier onboarding, due diligence, governance and reporting, working closely with Talent, Procurement, Legal, Risk and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supplier records, trackers and action logs for contracts, onboarding, approvals and renewals.
• Use Pulse and SupplierLink to update records, monitor activity and prepare reporting.
• Collect and organise supplier data, identifying trends, gaps and overdue actions.
• Support administration of supplier onboarding, statements of work, NDAs and related approval processes.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates on supplier activity, contract pipelines and compliance.
• Maintain guidance materials, templates and perform routine data quality checks.
• Coordinate follow‑up actions with cross‑functional teams and escalate higher‑risk matters.
• Assist audit, compliance and continuous‑improvement activities through accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in administrative, operations, contract or procurement support.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of working independently and escalating issues appropriately.
• Comfortable working in a remote or offshore team environment and meeting agreed deadlines.
