Supply Chain and Operations Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing wellness challenger brand to find a Supply Chain and Operations Manager who will work directly with the founders. This hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) offers the chance to shape day‑to‑day operations of a high‑growth e‑commerce business and drive its expansion across product lines and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with 3PL partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting to support growth.
• Support supplier and manufacturer sourcing, building strong operational partnerships.
• Assist with new product launches from sourcing through production.
• Track product costs, operational spend and identify margin opportunities.
• Help build scalable systems, processes and AI‑driven operational efficiencies.
• Partner with marketing teams to prepare for launches and promotions.
• Work closely with customer service and internal teams to communicate operational updates.
• Support the founders across wider business operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Experience in operations or supply chain.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data.
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup or challenger‑brand environment.
• Interest in AI tools and automation with a focus on efficiency.
• Collaborative communicator who enjoys cross‑functional work and ownership.
• Passionate about building meaningful consumer brands and scaling operations.
