Supply Teacher – Flexible School Placements in Sittingbourne

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic supply teachers to cover daily or short‑term teaching assignments across schools in Sittingbourne. As a supply teacher you will step into a classroom, deliver the planned lessons and leave at the end of the day, enjoying a flexible schedule without the burden of lesson planning, marking or meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the host school.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Complete any required attendance and assessment records for the day.
- Adapt quickly to different school policies and student needs.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification.
- Flexibility to work in various primary, secondary or SEN settings.
- Patient, caring attitude and genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
Required skills
- Classroom management.
- Ability to follow existing lesson plans.
