Supply Teacher – Primary Schools (Wigan)

About the role
We are looking for qualified supply teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Wigan and the surrounding area. You can choose the number of days you work each week, covering mornings, afternoons or full days for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons and support pupils in nursery through Year 6.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and timetables.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide regular feedback to school staff on pupil progress.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (or a degree with QTS expected this summer).
- Recent experience in a primary school setting.
- Approachable, patient and able to build relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
