Systems Administrator – Construction Technology Analyst

About the role

PCL Constructors Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator (internally known as Construction Technology Analyst) to support critical construction operations in Halifax, Nova Scotia. You will deliver reliable, innovative technology solutions that enable project teams to build safe, efficient communities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote adoption of technology solutions at district jobsites, including deployment, ongoing support, and training.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies and new processes that improve efficiency.
• Work with operational project teams to uncover challenges, propose innovations, and deliver solutions.
• Build strong relationships with project and district teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
• Provide implementation support for corporate and regional initiatives.
• Set up and maintain jobsite technology infrastructure, offering remote support as needed.
• Administer and monitor server resources and technology solutions across district offices and construction sites.
• Plan, create, and deliver technical training and knowledge resources.
• Log, troubleshoot, and resolve user‑reported issues following company policies.
• Coach and assist team members in using technology effectively.
