Talent Acquisition Advisor – Legal (Bristol, Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a respected professional services organisation to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor focused on legal talent. The role will be based in Bristol on a hybrid schedule, supporting the recruitment of associate and senior associate lawyers across key practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted hiring strategies for lawyer talent in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Directly source, engage and headhunt high‑calibre candidates using market intelligence and recruitment tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, from briefing and pipeline building to offer negotiation.
• Provide market insights on legal hiring trends and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency or in‑house environment.
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and headhunting, especially for legal roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and hiring metrics.
