Talent Acquisition Partner - French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our marketing agency clients. You will manage the full hiring cycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and provide market intelligence to support hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead role briefings, apply best‑practice sourcing strategies, and deliver market intelligence updates.
• Manage offer processes, understand candidate motivators, and prepare candidates for counter‑offers.
• Prepare hiring managers and candidates for interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged.
• Collaborate with centres of excellence, adapt processes, and continuously improve sourcing approaches.
• Set and monitor SLAs, present candidates in review meetings, and maintain process discipline.
• Handle objections using the ACT technique and build confidence with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data, present talent insights, and track partnership performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends, encourage feedback, and recommend improvements for growth.

Required profile

• Top‑tier sourcer with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑aware, eager to learn, and able to deliver a world‑class candidate experience.
• Excellent time‑management, planning, and prioritisation abilities.
• Comfortable analysing data and reports to gain insights.
• Fluent in French at near‑native level.
• Interest in the marketing sector.
