Talent Acquisition Specialist – Barcelona or London

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across multiple geographies. Working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, you will help shape hiring strategies that align with business needs while delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for diverse functions and levels, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, market insights and hiring best practices.
• Communicate transparently and inclusively with candidates and stakeholders throughout each stage.
• Apply DE&I principles to job design, sourcing and candidate evaluation.
• Utilise recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) and data to track pipelines and ensure process accuracy.
• Support structured assessments, interview coordination and decision‑making aligned with hiring criteria.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand, People Operations and the wider TA team on recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and propose small‑scale process improvements to boost efficiency and experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing 360° recruitment processes independently, preferably for tech, product or data roles.
• Track record of delivering quality hires while juggling multiple open positions.
• Strong ability to build trust with hiring managers and influence outcomes through clear communication.
• Solid understanding of DE&I principles in hiring.
