Talent Partner – Luxury Ready-to-Wear Brand

About the role

Mode Search is partnering with a leading luxury ready‑to‑wear fashion house to hire a Talent Partner based in London. Reporting to the Head of People, you will work closely with senior leaders across corporate and retail functions, shaping the talent strategy and driving end‑to‑end recruitment for a globally recognised brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate, head‑office and retail positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce plans and hiring priorities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across the luxury and consumer sectors.
• Conduct interviews, assessments and provide market‑based hiring recommendations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Reduce agency reliance by driving direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and referrals.
• Manage external recruitment partners when required, ensuring quality and value.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activity.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support broader People initiatives such as employer branding, talent mapping and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an in‑house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role, preferably within luxury fashion, premium retail or consumer brands.
• Track record of managing multiple recruitment processes across diverse functions.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion talent market and established sector networks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑moving environment.
