Team Leader - Part-Time Pub

About the role

A part-time Team Leader is needed at a Chef & Brewer pub in Bulls Head, Wilmslow. The role is permanent and involves leading the team by example so that shifts run smoothly, maintaining high standards and keeping customers happy. Pay is up to £13.50 per hour for 20 scheduled weekly hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and make sure the team has what they need so the shift runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the team maintains high standards and that customers are kept happy.
• Depute for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Keep the bar safe, legal and clean and deal with any issues quickly and safely.

Required profile

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to be a role model for the team.
