Team Leader – Pub Shift Management

About the role

As a Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience. You will support the team, maintain high standards and step in for management when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and safety at the bar.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to think on your feet during a busy shift.
• Good spoken and written English to safely perform the role and understand allergen controls.

Required skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
