About the role
As a Team Leader at the Black Griffin Inn, you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and customers leave with a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a heartfelt and consistent customer experience.
- Deputise for management, resolving issues in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy periods.
- Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment.
- Ensure high standards of service and product quality.
Required profile
- Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is perfect.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to fast‑paced challenges.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine team player.
- Good spoken and written English for safety and allergen control.
