Técnico/a Microinformática On-site

About the role

We are looking for an On‑site IT Technician (Level 1) to provide first‑line technical support to office and factory users. You will ensure the continuity of workstations, resolve hardware and software incidents, and support basic corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 incidents for PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.).
• Support Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Provide basic telephone support (fixed and mobile) and assist with industrial applications such as Captor, Prisma, LIMS, and laboratory software.
• Maintain meeting rooms, video‑conference equipment and audiovisual devices.
• Handle basic connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, wired LAN, VPN) and manage tickets using an ITSM tool.
• Perform inventory control of hardware and software assets, apply security policies (antivirus, patches, encryption) and document procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or specialized teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Technical training in IT (e.g., CFGS/CFGM, FP Informática, or equivalent).
• 1‑2 years of experience in help‑desk or technical support; industrial environment experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi‑Fi, IP addressing and VPN concepts.
• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and with strong customer orientation.
