Territory Manager – Estate Agent (Yopa Franchise)

About the role

We are seeking motivated estate agents to operate as Territory Managers within the Yopa franchise network. In this role you will manage a portfolio of postcodes, generate and convert leads, and build a profitable property sales business under a fixed‑fee model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a territory of property listings using Yopa’s lead generation system.
• Value, market and sell homes, guiding clients through the full buying and selling process.
• Recruit, train and manage a local team of agents as the business expands.
• Set your own commission rates and negotiate No Sale, No Fee arrangements.
• Collaborate with Yopa’s central support teams, including marketing, contact centres and learning & development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency with a track record of valuing and listing homes.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own agenda and drive revenue growth.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
