Territory Sales Manager – Manual Handling

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will promote a leading manual handling product range to NHS and private healthcare providers across the West Midlands, North Wales and the North West. You will build strong relationships, generate new business and act as a trusted advisor to improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital‑based professionals and key decision‑makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians, managers and care staff.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and exhibitions in the UK and France.
• Provide expert product knowledge and tailored support to meet clinical and commercial needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manual handling or patient handling equipment sales.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with NHS and private healthcare customers.
• Track record of growing accounts and achieving sales targets in the healthcare sector.
• Commercially driven mindset with ability to identify new opportunities.
