Trainee Estate Agent – Entry Level Property Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Sodbury. This entry‑level position offers a structured training programme that will equip you with the full range of estate‑agency skills and open pathways across sales, lettings, mortgage services and more.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and schedule property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements.
• Arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic internet/email tools.
