Trainee HGV Driver – Full‑time Training Programme

About the role

Join the HGV Training Network as a Trainee HGV Driver and receive comprehensive, DSA‑accredited training to become a qualified heavy‑goods vehicle driver. The programme is full‑time and includes medical checks, CPC qualification and placement support with leading employers.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and complete the full HGV training course at a designated centre.
• Undertake required medical examinations and obtain a CPC.
• Pass the HGV driving test and acquire a valid licence.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure progress and readiness for employment.
• After qualification, be considered for full‑time driving positions with partner companies such as Blue Arrow.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• No prior HGV experience required.
