Trainee Insurance Advisor

About the role

Our client, an independent insurance broker in Crewe, is seeking a motivated Trainee Insurance Advisor. This entry‑level position offers full training and the chance to develop a professional career in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Assist customers with quotations, policy enquiries and documentation.
• Provide high‑standard service via telephone and email.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Learn a broad range of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and administrative paperwork.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Graduate or educated to a good standard (A‑levels, degree or equivalent).
• Friendly, confident, professional and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused, well‑organised and detail‑oriented.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and a strong team player.
• No prior insurance experience required – full training provided.
