Trainee Residential Surveyor – Full‑Time Programme

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy as Trainee Residential Surveyors. This full‑time programme combines hands‑on mentoring with virtual classroom learning, giving you the practical and professional foundation to become a qualified residential surveyor.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow experienced mentors during property inspections, surveys and valuations.
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions covering theory and practice.
• Interpret data, analyse property details and produce accurate professional reports.
• Develop proficiency with industry‑leading surveying tools and software.

Required profile

• 1 year relevant experience plus a RICS‑accredited bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years relevant experience plus a RICS‑accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification.
• 4 years relevant experience (no formal qualification required) in areas such as estate agency, domestic energy assessment or property management.
• Completion of the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation is welcomed.
