Trainee Sales Negotiator – Entry Level Property Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our busy estate agency in High Wycombe. This entry‑level position offers full training in residential property sales and a clear path to becoming a qualified Sales Negotiator.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective buyers and sellers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Support senior negotiators throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiating offers and progressing sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency’s CRM system.
• Work towards personal and team sales targets.

Required profile

• No prior estate agency experience required; a sales background is a plus.
• Ambitious, confident and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven and motivated.
• Full UK driving licence.
